What People's Say About Restaurant

Great breakfast while you stay at The Inn at Langley.

This is Langley's five-star restaurant, located at The Inn at Langley (I have never heard it referred to as The Chef's Kitchen Restaurant). Fabulous cuisine by Chef Matt Dillon and exemplary service. A lovely dining room and creative menu. ©SueFrausePhotos

Beautiful and creative presentation. Worth a try for that alone. Service is a bit slow, but friendy. The chef is very unassuming and likable. Nice decor. Now the negative parts: tiny portions. I ate my boyfriend's desert, otherwise I'd have left hungry. Stingy with wine pour, barely covering the bottom of the glass. The only smell that I can remember is the steamed asparagus, which is not pleasant, as usual. Overpriced ($200/pp without the wine). No view. Bathroom outside, bring a jacket with you, because you might have to wait in the cold: only one room for all of us.

Fantastic tasting menu dinner experience with tons of attention to detail, beautiful plating, and excellent service.

The Chef's Kitchen Restaurant is open again after two years, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant offers a limited number of seats for a multi-course set-menu meal. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious! It is hard to choose a favorite, but the thai inspired corn soup, the salmon and eggplant, and the chocolate dessert are all top contenders. My partner got the wine pairing and was quite satisfied with the wine.
